Welcome to International Students. Regina Islamic School is accepting International students. For International Students Admission, follow the steps:
How to Apply for International Students?
Step 1:
Complete the School Admission Application
Click here to complete the online application form and pay the application fee online. The following documents are required:
- School academic record, score sheet, or transcript from the past two years in home language and translated into English.
- Letter of Recommendation from a current school teacher or principal translated into English. The original letter or letter template will be signed by hand and/or stamped.
- A copy of a passport (picture page)
- A copy of a birth certificate
- A letter explaining about accompanying Parent or Custodianship Documentation

Step 2:
Notification of Admission Decision
- Applicants will be notified by e-mail within two weeks as to whether their application is accepted.
- A virtual interview or other supporting documentation may be requested before acceptance.
- For accepted applicants, an invoice for tuition fees will be sent to the student. Once all fees have been paid, an official Acceptance Letter will be sent to the student.
Step 3:
Study Permit for an International Student
Once you receive your Acceptance Letter, the student must apply for a Canadian study permit.

Due Dates
Application
- To start September 1, 2025, applications must be submitted by May 1, 2025.
- To start February 1, 2026, applications must be submitted by November 1, 2025.
Tuition
- Tuition for students attending the 2025-26 academic year Semester 1 (September-June) is due on June 1, 2025.
- Tuition for students attending Semester 2 (February to June 2026) is due on December 1, 2025.
- Full-year tuition (10 months) is $10,000.00.
The application Fee is $250.00, paid with the application and is non-refundable
Become an RIS Agent
- Regina Islamic School works with approved agents who promote our school to prospective students and their families.
- Students are not required to use a recruitment agent to apply to the Regina Islamic School.

All approved education agents and recruiters abide by the International Education Act and the Code of Practice and Conduct Regulations established by the Saskatchewan Government. RIS will terminate an agreement immediately if an authorized education agent of RIS is found to be in contravention of the Act or Code of Practice.
